We begin with an initial consultation to gather the details and any vision you have for the event. We work together to determine perimeters concerning budget and timeline.
These services begin once a signed contract is in place, and are organized by our team for a set percentage (10%) of the billed contracts. We begin the planning process by inviting you to a venue walkthrough to discuss our ideas and event details.
As we move forward in the planning process, you may be as involved with the design as you wish! We partner with only the finest local vendors and handle all correspondence with them during the planning process. We are confident in our ability to customize the details to meet and exceed your expectations.
These services are provided on the day of your event for an hourly rate ($45/hr). These day-of services may be contracted along with planning, or as a stand-alone service.
We go the extra mile while planning the fine points so that the event goes smoothly and according to plan. We manage all vendors and staff during your event, while maintaining a seamless timeline. The day of your event should be free from stress or obligation, and we want you to be able to spend your time mingling with guests and whooping it up! And don’t worry about breaking down after, we’ve got it. Rest your feet, we know they’re tired from dancing all night!
